The Water Foundation was founded in 2000. It works to secure the future and protect resources in the sense of sustainable ecological, economic and social development. The WaterFoundation is primarily active in rural areas of Ethiopia and Eritrea for water and sanitation projects, reforestation and biodiversity. CloudFisher systems, so-called fog collectors, are set up at suitable locations worldwide.
