The relationship between WASH and conflict among pastoralist communities is a critical issue in many Arid and Semi-Arid Land (ASAL) regions worldwide. Out of the 47.5 million Kenyans, 13 million practice nomadism and agro-pastoralism. In this WASH session we will scientifically explore the interconnection between WASH-related challenges and conflicts among pastoralist communities in selected counties in Kenya! Join to learn more about the research conducted by the Meru University of Science and Technology (MUST) and bring in your valuable practical experience of your daily work in the field.
