BORDA hosted a symposium
In honor of the World Toilet Day BORDA hosted a symposium of the German WASH Network and the VENRO-AG WASH from 15th to 16th November in Bremen. Saturday night the conference was complemented by a party.
The WASH Symposium was the first exclusive expert meeting of the German WASH Network and the VENRO-AG WASH in Germany. The conference aimed to make possible broad-range content-level exchange on the topics of water, sanitation and hygiene. To provide for active exchange of different kinds of actors in this field as well as the interested professional public, the WASH symposium took place in the context of the “Bremer weltwärts Aktionstage“, an event for repatriates and potential future participants of the international development exchange programme “weltwärts”.
